Independent Evaluation

Straight Talking's latest evaluation published in May 2009 was commissioned by the Teenage Pregnancy Unit at the DCSF and Barking & Dagenham PCT. It looks in particular, into the long term effects of our preventative work in schools.

Feedback

Pupils said,

"I never realised how hard it would be."

"Now I know being a single mum, not having enough money and giving up your social life is only the start."

"My brother’s girlfriend is about your age and has just had a baby. I now have a better idea of how much she has to cope with."
